The nominees for the 2016 award show were just announced FX's The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story along with Fargo were the second and third most nominated shows after HBO's Game of Thrones

Gooding Jr. is nominated under the Best Actor, Limited Series or TV movie category along with Courtney B. Vance and Sarah Paulson for the same series.
